Does anyone use a model agency and what fees were charged? I have a shoot later this year of fashion items, and I would like to work with some pro models, as last time I used friends, etc. I didn't get the look I wanted. Plus one of them was very shy and I got no good images with her at all! Yes the shoot is for a fully clothed fashion shoot!

Matt,
I can't help with sources of models but there is a technique which should help you get more out of the amateurs available to you (but will work with anyone).
You say that the person's shyness is a problem. As they have not refused to turn up perhaps we should concentrate on self-consciousness, which is the real problem.
There is a very powerful phenomenon called dissociation. This has been suggested as the mechanism e.g. when some Christian martyrs were tortured to death, apparently oblivious to pain. (Don't try this at home, folks!).
The principle is that the subject is persuaded to visualise events, whether real from their past or aspirations for the future. The nature of the subject matter will influence your subject's appearance i.e. they will look happy while experiencing pleasurable images, unhappy for the reverse.
Strictly speaking, this can be 'association' if they are mentally viewing the scenes as though through the eyes of their visualised self. A step further, seeing themselves in the scene or viewing it through someone else's eyes is true dissociation. The further into this process you subject is mentally diverted, the better you can get on with your photography.
Using the camera/flash or asking for changes of pose may require periodic re-establishment of the visualisation. It may be a slow process. Provided that the visualisations (perhaps the first and last should be) are of pleasurable experiences, this will build positive links in their subconscious mind to studio sessions with you and may make successive sessions more relaxed.
This may seem a bit weird but is only one extreme of the idea of distracting a child with a toy.

I recently used a site which i found on the net - purestorm.com plug in your local area and if youre lucky you may find a model.
There's a lot of girls who are aspiring jordans.
I used the shoot as a practice working with a model, and in return have provided the model with some shots for her portfolio.
Many girls will be expecting MEGA BUCKS! (!!) though ones with their heads screwed on will negotiate for tfp.
I think i was lucky. Beware of what could be alleged and use public areas and have the model bring a friend.
Mine was fully clothed too!!! - b4 anyone asks.
