We need both stock photography and reportage imagery fo the following:
Disability
* Disabled people at home - both alone and with their family * Positive images of people in wheelchairs (all age ranges) * Disability in the workplace * Sport for the disabled - wheelchair sports, sport for the blind, Paralympics etc * Disabled people enjoying an active social life - with both disabled and able-bodied people * Disabled people on holiday * Special needs education * Disability in mainstream schools * Child carers - children caring for parent with disability * Disability help and assistance - equipment, guide dogs, specially equipped homes etc * Mental health issues: portraits of depression/anorexia/obsessive compulsive disorders/therapy and counselling etc * Disabled men / women travelling on public transport - both negative and positive view of their experiences * Disabled children enjoying the experience of travel: On aeroplanes, boats and trains * The representation of disability within society: People looking at the sculpture of Alison Lapper in Trafalgar Square * Disabled artists working and exhibiting * Disabled parents: The problems and joys of dealing with able bodied children * Disabled activists fighting for more rights and fair representation: people fighting for access to cities: illustration of stairs representing a brick wall to a wheel chair user
The elderly
* Elderly people in care homes * Portraits of elderly people at home alone / isolated / neglected * Seniors taking part in sports / leading healthy lifestyles * Seniors on active holidays * Seniors having fun - behaving in a youthful way * Grandparents caring for grandchildren * Seniors leading active social lives * 'Pensioner Power': Pensioners protesting * Generation images: Pensioners pointing to buildings, photographs, statues, institutions that represent the effect their generation had on today's society
Gender equality
* Female fire fighters / construction workers / judges / surgeons / lumberjack / garbage collectors / bouncers / taxi-drivers / truck drivers / welders etc. * Male house husband / carer / secretary / receptionist / midwife
Workplace issues
* The gender equality duty for public bodies will come into force in April 2007. This duty places the onus on organisations to demonstrate fair treatment of women and men in the delivery of policy and services as well as in their employment. * Women and men juggling work and family life * Empowered women heading meetings, taking control and sharing ideas * Men consulting and confiding in HR department * Images of victimisation of either gender within the work place * Images to represent discrimination in the workplace e.g gender inequality, age discrimination, racial discrimination, disability discrimination, bullying etc. * Seniors in the workplace * Seniors in job interviews * Images to represent sexual harassment * Pregnant women in the workplace * Working Mothers * Transsexuals within the work place * Religious symbols on around work stations
Discrimination in schools
